Care Accessible Transportation

Care Accessible Transportation was established in 2006 with a focus on providing reliable, consistent and dedicated transportation services which assist individuals with special needs to engage in their communities and achieve and maintain a maximum level of independence.

Care Accessible Transportation is an affiliate company to Scarborough City Cab (SCC); an accessible cab company established in 1988. SCC currently operates a dedicated fleet of accessible vehicles for clients such as the Toronto Transit Commission

Among other clients, we are presently contracted by the Regional Municipality of York, providing dedicated transportation services for York Region Transit Mobility Plus and Dial-A-Ride operations. Our success is in a large part due to our comprehensive quality assurance plan, hands-on management, regular service audits, on-going performance management, and commitment to our vision.

We have the proven track-record, operational know-how, effective organizational structure and a strong commitment to customer service and safety. Our well-trained vehicle operators are supported by a team of professionals including dispatchers, customer service representatives, road supervisors, managers and administrative staff.
