Mr. Rachhpal Singh, President
Rachhpal Singh has more than 40 years of experience in the transportation industry, including owning and managing a large sedan brokerage with more than 100 vehicles and almost 200 drivers between 1995 to 2003.

In addition to ensuring efficient service to thousands of members of the general public and large corporate clients across the Greater Toronto Area, Rachhpal looked after the needs of individuals with special needs through the company's Distance-based Sedan and Accessible Wheelchair/Scooter Contracts for Toronto Transit Commission Wheel-Trans Operations.

Under the direction and leadership of Rachhpal, Care Accessible Transportation has successfully served hundreds of thousands of riders and realized consistent growth in the accessible transportation sector.

Rachhpal is a transportation and community activist, who works closely with industry stakeholders in the private and public sectors. He is a passionate advocator for his team of drivers and all persons with special needs.

Rachhpal goes by the philosophy that every rider is worth a million bucks - in fact, this is true literally and figuratively. He makes sure that each person is treated with exceptional customer service.

Ms. Gurjit Dhillon, Vice President
Gurjit is a Human Resources Professional with experience in recruitment, training, employee relations and communications. She has been in the taxicab industry since 1998 and possesses the knowledge, skills and ability to effectively manage all aspects of Care Accessible Transportations day-to-day operations.

Gurjit brings a vast array of experience to her role. She has held various positions in private corporations, as well as a senior executive role in Municipal Government.

Since 1995, Gurjit has regularly volunteered her time to make a difference in her community. She has done work for organizations such as the Red Cross; Community Living Toronto; Centre for Addiction and Mental Health; and South Asian Family Support Services.

Gurjit is currently a Board Member at a non-profit, networking organization. Her focus in this role is to organize and participate in Community Service initiatives.

Today, Gurjit manages all aspects of Care Accessible's client relations. Gurjit's primary focus remains to excel Care Accessible Transportation to the next level and continually improve current client relationships and create new strategic partnerships with organizations and municipalities.

Allan Stokell, Training and Development Manager
Allan has over 21 years of experience in designing and delivering transportation-industry training. He has designed, developed, wrote and now teaches a two-day Accessible Vehicle Training Program (required by the City of Toronto’s taxicab drivers). Allan also researches, creates and teaches refresher programs for our York Region Transit contract. Allan does one-on-one training using solid adult education principles and coach drivers on a variety of subjects, including but not limited to defensive driving, dealing with difficult situations, customer service and report writing work. When he is not busy with work, Allan relaxing by sailing and travelling around the world.
